![]() ![]() Great floods in our area of Lake Travis seem like a distant dream to residents now, but during the early 1900s the picture was a little different. Johnson was at the forefront of the fight for hydroelectric power and the building of the seven dams that would eventually create the Highland Lakes of Central Texas.
